We are a new and growing insurance agency looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Agents. Insurance experience is a plus, but not required . An active insurance license is preferred, but we are willing to consider motivated candidates who are interested in obtaining their license and starting a career in the insurance industry. What You'll Do Help clients understand their insurance needs and available coverage options Develop relationships with new and existing clients Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers Present insurance products and explain coverage clearly Prepare quotes and assist clients through the application process Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with clients Meet individual and team sales goals Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process Learn and stay current on insurance products, regulations, and industry practices What We're Looking For Motivated, positive, and self-driven personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable talking with customers and building relationships Goal-oriented with a desire to earn through commission Professional and dependable Willingness to learn and develop new skills Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required Insurance license preferred, but not required Must meet applicable state requirements to obtain an insurance license Compensation $3,000 monthly base pay Additional commission on sales Opportunity to increase your income through performance Training and support to help you develop your insurance career Why Join Us?
