Salary Range:
$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary

Strong track record in insurance sales or client relationship management. Deep understanding of various insurance products, including auto, home, and life policies. Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply. Strong organizational skills for managing a diverse book of business. High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with agency management software systems is helpful. Knowledge of the Aliquippa, Pennsylvania community is a plus. Responsibilities Assess individual client needs to recommend comprehensive insurance protection plans. Proactively cultivate relationships with new and existing clients to expand our reach within the community. Process policy updates, renewals, and payments with high attention to detail. Guide clients through the claims process to ensure they feel supported during difficult times. Collaborate with the team to identify coverage gaps and offer solutions that bring our clients true peace of mind. Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions and policy changes.
