Description Position Immediate Availability We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Licensed Personal & Commercial Lines Insurance Agent to join as a part-time or full-time team member. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with their personal & commercial insurance needs. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, sales ability, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Quote, sell, and service insurance policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Handle policy changes, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and other service requests.
- Follow up on leads and identify opportunities for new business and account rounding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and policy records.
- Communicate with insurance carriers, underwriters, and other agency personnel as needed.
- Stay current on insurance products, carrier guidelines, state regulations, and industry practices. Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Previous insurance experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
- Comfortable working with insurance agency management systems, AMS 360 software, email, and standard office technology.
