The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with their personal & commercial insurance needs. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, sales ability, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
  • Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Quote, sell, and service insurance policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Handle policy changes, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and other service requests.
  • Follow up on leads and identify opportunities for new business and account rounding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and policy records.
  • Communicate with insurance carriers, underwriters, and other agency personnel as needed.
  • Stay current on insurance products, carrier guidelines, state regulations, and industry practices. Qualifications
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • Previous insurance experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
  • Comfortable working with insurance agency management systems, AMS 360 software, email, and standard office technology.
