Salary Range:
$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Flexible Schedule Life Insurance Health Insurance Disability Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Retirement Plan Hands on Training Parental Leave Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance License. Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or account management. Deep understanding of personal lines insurance products and underwriting guidelines. Proficiency in industry-standard quoting software and CRM platforms. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Responsibilities Develop and execute local sales strategies to grow our client base in the Easton area. Consult with prospective clients to assess their risks and recommend appropriate coverage solutions. Manage and nurture a book of business to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction. Maintain an active pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement. Collaborate with the agency team to streamline workflows and improve overall service delivery. Participate in ongoing training to stay current on evolving insurance regulations and market trends.
