Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and strategic insurance professional to run a Farmers insurance agency by leading the growth, operations, and client service functions of a dynamic insurance agency. Salary Range:

$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary

Minimum of five years of experience in insurance sales or account management. Demonstrated history of managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and personal accounts. Deep understanding of policy structures, underwriting guidelines, and risk assessment. Strong comfort level with modern insurance management software and CRM platforms. Exceptional public speaking and interpersonal skills for community engagement. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Responsibilities Lead the sales process from initial prospect outreach to final policy implementation. Mentor junior staff members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth. Conduct thorough risk reviews to ensure our clients have the precise coverage they need for their specific circumstances. Represent The Atlantic District at community events and local business forums to build lasting connections. Maintain high standards for policy retention by providing proactive, thoughtful communication throughout the year. Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure competitive rates and specialized coverage options for our clientele.
