Salary Range:
$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Health Insurance Disability Insurance Life Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance Parental Leave Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Retirement Plan Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License. Demonstrated success in consultative sales or relationship-based account management. Clear and articulate communication style, both in person and over the phone. Technical comfort with CRM platforms and digital documentation. Self-motivated work ethic with a genuine desire to solve problems for others. Experience with commercial lines or life insurance products is a plus. Responsibilities Connect with prospective clients throughout the Philadelphia area to understand their specific coverage needs and financial goals. Educate clients on various insurance options, ensuring they feel confident and informed about the protection they choose. Manage and nurture a growing book of business by providing proactive support and regular policy reviews. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy updates within our internal systems. Partner with internal underwriters and colleagues to resolve complex coverage questions for our policyholders. Participate in local networking opportunities to help us deepen our presence and impact within the local community.
