We Join our dynamic team as an ACA (Affordable Care Act) Health Insurance Agent and play a vital role in guiding clients through the complexities of health insurance options. This energetic position offers the opportunity to leverage your sales expertise, insurance knowledge, and customer service skills to help individuals and families find tailored coverage solutions. As an integral part of our organization, you will actively engage with clients, provide expert advice, and build lasting relationships that promote health and financial well-being. Duties Engage in outside sales activities to identify potential clients and expand our health insurance customer base Submit applications to the marketplace and copy necessary information to our internal system for record-keeping and accessibility purposes Conduct personalized consultations to explain plan options, benefits, and coverage details aligned with ACA regulations Negotiate policy terms with clients to ensure optimal coverage solutions that meet their needs and budget Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication, follow-up, and exceptional service delivery Manage sales administration tasks using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track leads, appointments, and client information Analyze client needs using assessment skills to recommend suitable health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance products Stay informed about insurance regulation updates and compliance requirements affecting ACA plans and sales practices Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of insurance products, including their features and benefits Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain the confidentiality of client information Take inbound calls from applicants, members, facility contacts, and other approved contacts seeking enrollment assistance. Make outbound calls to applicants and members as part of the ACA enrollment, follow-up, and policy support process. Perform other job duties as assigned in relation to the insurance, enrollment, call center, and dialer operations. Communicate clearly with internal team members regarding applicant status, enrollment issues, system issues, pending items, and operational needs. Requirements Have an active and valid license in FL and GA Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or related industries Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex insurance concepts clearly and effectively Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations Knowledge of health insurance products, including ACA plans, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and benefits administration Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and analysis tasks Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client communication and relationship building Analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend appropriate coverage options Understanding of insurance regulation standards and compliance practices relevant to health insurance sales Proficiency in CRM systems for sales tracking and client management Join us if you're passionate about helping others navigate their insurance options with confidence!
