Salary Range:

$65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary

Spanish Speaking Preferred:

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients in both English and Spanish Responsibilities As a key member of our sales team, you'll be the first point of contact for new and existing clients.

Your day-to-day will include:

Client Consultations:

Connect with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored Auto, Home, Life, and other P&C solutions.

Sales Growth:

Generate new business through a mix of provided leads, networking, and community outreach. You'll close sales and meet personal production goals with support from the team.

Product Expertise:

Explain Allstate coverage details, discounts, and benefits clearly so clients feel confident and informed.

Relationship Building:

Manage your own client portfolio, focusing on retention, satisfaction, and referrals.
