Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team and drive excellence in client service and insurance solutions. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, develop strong relationships with clients, and coordinate with carriers to deliver tailored coverage options. Responsibilities Build and nurture long-term relationships with commercial clients through proactive communication and personalized service. Identify client needs by analyzing their business operations and risk profiles to recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Conduct outside sales activities, including telemarketing, client visits, and networking events, to generate new business opportunities. Negotiate policy terms, coverage options, and premiums with insurance carriers to secure the best possible terms for clients. Manage sales administration tasks such as policy documentation, CRM system updates, and benefits administration records. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently. Stay informed about industry trends, insurance regulation changes, and product offerings related to property casualty, health, life, and other commercial insurance lines. Experience Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales within the insurance industry or related fields. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively. Familiarity with commercial insurance products including property casualty, health insurance, life insurance, and benefits administration. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse client bases. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for sales tracking and client management. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and the ability to build rapport with clients from varied backgrounds. $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per hour Expected hours: 37.5 per week
