Commercial Lines Account Manager (Hybrid) About the Role Join a dynamic and fast-paced insurance team as a Commercial Lines Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a multi-generational, family-run company that is in growth mode. You will play a pivotal role in managing commercial accounts, addressing clients' insurance needs, and fostering long-term relationships while contributing to the company's expansion and success. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Provide proactive support to clients by addressing inquiries, policy changes, and claims processes. Collaborate with producers and underwriters to design and deliver tailored insurance solutions. Prepare and present proposals, renewals, and policy reviews to clients. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance products. Maintain accurate and detailed client records in the agency management system. Qualifications and Experience 2+ years of experience in commercial lines account management or a related insurance role. Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and underwriting processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build client relationships. Proficiency in agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary:
