Job Description

We are an independent insurance agency hiring an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager, and we are excited to bring aboard an essential individual in contributing to the expansion of the Commercial Lines department. Rooted in a deep commitment to customer success, BAIC has emerged as a leader in comprehensive insurance solutions. This position offers full remote work from home or hybrid option from home 2 days a week with every other Friday afternoon off. Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance 401K End of Year Bonus based on Individual/Agency Performance Paid Time off - Personal Time and Holidays Hybrid Work Schedule Flex Friday's Off Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Property & Casualty Arizona resident insurance license required. Minimum of 5 years Property & Casualty Commercial insurance experience preferred. Familiarity with and understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance coverage lines. Knowledge of computer operations including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer, Google and familiarity and/or experience with Applied Systems software preferred. Ability to read, write, speak, and use proper grammar in English. Ability to communicate verbally, both in person and on the telephone Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, correspondence, memos, and technical procedures and the ability to write business correspondence. Strong ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize workflow. Ability to process a high volume of work under tight production turnaround times. Ability to work independently and as a team member.
