Commercial Lines Account Manager Location:
Hybrid - Camden/Burlinton County |
Salary:
$80,000 - $90,000 Join a high-performing independent brokerage expanding it's footprint along the East Coast. Step into an established commercial book of mixed middle market accounts as a Commercial Account Manager on a growth-driven team in a collaborative environment. You'll play a visible role in client onboarding and renewals—helping deliver seamless, high-impact service—while building your expertise and advancing your career alongside a team that prides itself on excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a book of business by handling policy renewals, coverage changes, certificates of insurance, contract reviews, and new client onboarding. Coordinate renewal processes, including gathering exposure data, securing quotes, analyzing coverage options, presenting recommendations, and binding coverage. Prepare marketing submissions and collaborate with insurers and internal teams on remarketing efforts. Deliver responsive client service, answer coverage and billing questions, and build strong long-term client relationships. Identify risk management and cross-selling opportunities, maintain compliance with agency procedures and E&O guidelines, support client meetings, pursue professional development, and assist with additional projects as needed.
