Job Description
ShiftKey, LLC is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to deliver high-quality, compassionate care across partner healthcare facilities. As a CNA, you will support patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance. You will monitor and record vital signs, promptly report changes in patient condition, and maintain accurate documentation in line with facility standards. This role requires strong attention to infection control, safety, and HIPAA compliance. You will collaborate closely with nurses and interdisciplinary teams, adapting quickly to different facility environments while providing patient-centered, respectful care. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including bathing, grooming, feeding, and toileting Measure and record vital signs and report changes in patient condition Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and positioning following safety protocols Support nurses and clinical staff in carrying out care plans and procedures Maintain accurate, timely documentation in facility systems or EHRs Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines at all times Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, and staff Contribute to a positive, patient-centered environment aligned with facility standards Adapt to different facility settings and workflows based on assigned shifts Required Skills Patient care Vital signs monitoring Electronic health records (EHR) documentation Infection control Basic life support (BLS) Mobility and transfer assistance ADL support (bathing, dressing, feeding) Observation and reporting changes in condition HIPAA compliance Team collaboration with nurses and clinicians
