We're looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Producer who is ready to take their book of business to the next level. This is a hybrid opportunity with flexibility across multiple Wisconsin locations and a team that understands that great producers need both support and room to grow. What You'll Be Doing Build and grow a Commercial Lines book of business Develop new business through relationships, referrals, networking, and consistent prospecting Build lasting relationships with business owners and decision makers Learn your clients' businesses and become a trusted insurance resource Work closely with internal service and placement teams to create a great client experience Own the sales process from prospecting through closing Continue expanding your Wisconsin network and market presence What We're Looking For 3+ years of Commercial Lines Producer experience Active Wisconsin Property & Casualty license A proven track record or a strong desire to grow a book of business Someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships and opening doors Strong communication and follow through A self starter who is comfortable prospecting and creating opportunities Someone who can work independently while still being part of a collaborative team Why This Opportunity?
