No prior insurance experience is required. We provide hands-on training, mentorship and a proven sales process to help new representatives get started. What You'll Do Meet face-to-face with local families who have requested information about coverage Help clients review life insurance options based on their needs and budget Follow a structured sales process with ongoing coaching and support Manage your schedule and local territory Compensation & Opportunity This is a commission-based independent sales opportunity, not an hourly or salaried position. Compensation is based on individual production. Successful full-time representatives may earn $75,000-$105,000+ annually; individual results vary and earnings are not guaranteed.
