Job Description

Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative Kraken Financial Group is expanding its local insurance sales team and is seeking motivated, coachable individuals who are interested in building a performance-based career. Representatives meet with individuals and families to discuss life insurance options, identify client needs and help clients apply for appropriate coverage. Responsibilities Meet with prospective clients through scheduled and field-based appointments Explain available life insurance products clearly and professionally Complete insurance applications accurately Follow up with clients and maintain organized records Participate in sales training, coaching and team meetings Maintain professional and ethical client communication Work toward weekly activity and production goals What We Provide Structured onboarding and field training Access to experienced leadership and coaching Sales scripts, presentation guidance and ongoing development Opportunities for increased responsibility and leadership A performance-based advancement structure Support during the state licensing and onboarding process Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Coachable and willing to follow a structured system Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Ability to travel locally for client appointments Willingness to obtain the required state insurance license Previous sales experience is helpful but not required Compensation and Work Arrangement This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity. Compensation is based on individual sales performance and is not guaranteed. This is not an hourly or salaried position. Candidates may be required to obtain a state insurance license before conducting insurance business. Licensing expenses, requirements and timelines will be discussed during the interview process. Schedule Representatives have flexibility in organizing their schedules but must maintain consistent prospecting, appointment and client-service activity to succeed. Application Process Qualified applicants will be contacted for a brief telephone interview. Candidates who move forward may be invited to a second interview and a final video interview.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
