Job Type:

Full-time One Stop Insurance is looking for an experienced Property & Casualty insurance professional to join our agency. We are looking for someone who understands the independent agency world, knows how to work with clients, and can help us continue providing high-level service to our personal lines and commercial clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong insurance experience, enjoys working with clients, and is comfortable using agency systems and carrier platforms. Responsibilities The ideal candidate will be able to: Service existing personal and/or commercial lines clients Quote new business and rewrite existing policies when needed Handle policy changes, renewals, endorsements, billing questions, and coverage reviews Work directly with carriers and underwriters Communicate clearly with clients by phone, email, and text Follow up on leads, quotes, renewals, and pending items Maintain accurate notes and documentation in agency systems Help identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions Work as part of a team in a fast-paced independent insurance agency Preferred Experience We are looking for someone with strong experience in the P&C insurance industry. Experience with the following is highly preferred: EZLynx Lightspeed AgencyZoom Canopy Connect CARA Independent agency workflows Personal lines and/or commercial lines quoting and servicing Carrier experience is also preferred, including carriers such as: Progressive Nationwide The Hartford Travelers Safeco Liberty Mutual And other standard and preferred market carriers Qualifications Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred Prior insurance agency experience strongly preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable working with technology and agency management systems Positive attitude and team-focused mindset Sales experience is a plus, but service experience is also valuable Compensation Compensation will depend on experience, licensing, and skill level.
