Who We're Looking For We're looking for people who are: Ready for a career change or new opportunity Entrepreneurial, motivated, and coachable Comfortable building relationships and talking with business professionals Interested in solving problems—not just selling products Driven to build their own client base and book of business Willingness to obtain their license within 30 days of hire (company paid) or active Florida Health & Life insurance license Moderately tech savvy Comfortable working in a commission-based environment as 1099 insurance agent No previous benefits experience is required. This is a 1099 independent advisor opportunity where you'll build relationships with employers and business leaders while developing your own book of business with Shield's education, products, technology, and support behind you.
