Insurance Services is a new California insurance agency built alongside V2 Official, an established automotive brokerage with an existing client base. We're looking for an experienced, licensed insurance professional to become our first insurance hire and run the agency day to day. This is not a cold-calling producer job. You'll start with a pipeline of existing V2 clients who already trust us with their vehicle transactions. Your job is to turn those relationships into a strong personal-lines insurance book.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Quote and write personal auto, home and umbrella coverage Manage and grow the V2 Insurance Services book Work warm opportunities from V2's existing client base Manage renewals and client relationships Handle endorsements, coverage questions and claims support Help select carrier markets and develop agency processes Help hire and manage additional insurance staff as we grow

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Active California Personal Lines or P&C Broker-Agent license 2+ years actually writing and servicing personal lines Strong auto and homeowners experience Comfortable with comparative raters and agency management systems Organized, entrepreneurial and excellent with clients High-net-worth/private-client insurance experience is a major plus, particularly high-value homes, multiple vehicles, exotic/collector cars and umbrella coverage. WHY V2? No door knocking. No purchased lead lists. V2 already has the client relationships. You'll have the opportunity to help build the insurance operation from the beginning, influence how it runs and grow into a larger leadership position as the agency expands. V2 Insurance Services owns the agency book. You manage it, grow it and participate in the success you create.

COMPENSATION

Commission + production incentives + performance bonuses. Compensation will depend on experience and capabilities. If you have a book of business you're legally entitled to bring, we're happy to discuss additional compensation.
