Job Description

Overview Join our team as an Insurance Agent and play a key role in helping clients protect what matters most. In this role, you will apply your sales expertise and communication skills to connect with a diverse client base, assess their needs, and deliver tailored insurance solutions. You will drive growth through outside sales, build lasting client relationships, and uphold a high standard of customer service. Responsibilities Conduct outside sales activities to identify prospective clients and grow the customer base through proactive outreach and community networking Assess client needs thoroughly to recommend appropriate insurance products that ensure comprehensive coverage and satisfaction Negotiate policy terms and premiums, balancing client needs with company guidelines to reach mutually beneficial agreements Handle sales administration tasks including processing applications, updating records, and maintaining accurate client files Promote insurance products across multiple channels using targeted marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries promptly, explaining policy details clearly, and guiding clients through the sales process Collaborate with team members on benefits administration and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including HIPAA, when handling sensitive client information Educate clients on insurance options, benefits, and coverage in a clear, approachable manner Attend virtual and in-person trainings to develop product knowledge and system proficiency Qualifications No prior experience is required — we welcome motivated individuals from all backgrounds. $34,161.19 - $65,226.38 per year
