Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients while effectively selling insurance products that meet their needs. As an Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping clients understand their options and ensuring they receive the best coverage available. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. First year expected earnings 48-65k with realistic expectations to see 10-20k additional per year. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. Present and explain insurance policies and coverage options to clients. Assist clients in completing applications and processing claims. Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities. Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details. Skills Strong sales skills with a proven ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse client bases. Ability to negotiate terms effectively while maintaining positive client relationships. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on meeting client needs. Proficient in marketing strategies to promote insurance products effectively. Candidate does not have to be currently licensed but will need to get licensed in property, casualty, life, and health insurance.
