Duties Actively pursue outside sales opportunities by reaching out to prospective clients through telemarketing, community events, and networking. Conduct detailed analysis of clients' insurance needs to recommend appropriate policies that align with their financial goals. Negotiate terms and coverage options with clients, ensuring clarity and mutual agreement while maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and following up on policy renewals. Utilize marketing strategies to attract new customers and promote various insurance products including health, life, auto, and property insurance. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting clients throughout the claims process. Maintain thorough knowledge of HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of sensitive client information. Experience Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills complemented by excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable. Familiarity with sales administration tools, CRM software, or other analysis skills to track performance metrics effectively. Knowledge of insurance sales processes combined with marketing experience to attract and retain clients. Demonstrated customer service excellence with the ability to handle complex situations professionally and empathetically. Experience in telemarketing or outreach campaigns is advantageous for building a broad client base. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
