Job Description
We are seeking motivated individuals interested in developing a career in insurance and sales. This position involves working with individuals and families to understand their insurance needs and helping them evaluate available coverage options. Previous insurance experience is not required. Training, licensing support, mentorship, and ongoing professional development are provided. Responsibilities Meet with individuals and families to discuss insurance needs Explain life insurance and available coverage options Recommend appropriate insurance solutions Develop relationships with prospective and existing clients Provide ongoing client service and support Participate in training and professional development Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and dependable Comfortable meeting and working with new people Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic Willingness to complete required licensing Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, hospitality or insurance is helpful but not required. Training Training, licensing support, mentorship, and ongoing professional development are provided to help new agents learn the business and develop the skills needed for the position.
Compensation Estimated annual compensation:
$80,000-$100,000. This position is primarily commission-based, and actual earnings vary based on individual sales and performance. Training stipends may be available for eligible individuals. Benefits Benefits may include health, dental and vision insurance, retirement benefits, life and disability insurance, and licensing and continuing education support, subject to eligibility.
