This is a 1099 Independant Contractor position. New business and renewal commissions is compensation. Responsibilities Engage in outside sales efforts to identify and attract new clients across diverse markets Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and communication Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance products, including health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance policies Negotiate terms and coverage options with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and optimal protection Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details Stay informed about insurance regulation changes and industry best practices to ensure compliance Assist clients with benefits administration and claims processes, providing clear guidance and support throughout Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales or insurance sales environments with a focus on client acquisition Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in bilingual or multilingual settings Knowledge of health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance products Familiarity with insurance regulation standards and CRM system proficiency for effective client management Exceptional analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions Customer relationship building expertise paired with outstanding customer service skills Ability to handle sales administration tasks efficiently using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in the insurance industry while making a positive impact on clients' financial security.
