Full-Time Licensed Insurance Producer Redwood Insurance | Media, PA Salary $40,000-$60,000 base salary + uncapped commission Job Type Full-time Job Description Redwood Insurance is a growing independent insurance agency looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Producer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced producer who wants to spend more time building relationships and less time cold calling. Through our affiliation with a successful real estate brokerage, you'll have the opportunity to assist homebuyers who need homeowners insurance as part of their home purchase. While clients are always free to choose any insurance provider, our team is committed to providing a seamless, high-quality insurance experience for those who choose Redwood Insurance. If you're looking for a long-term opportunity with growth potential, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Quote and sell homeowners, auto, umbrella, flood, and other personal lines insurance. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Cross-sell and round out existing accounts. Follow up on new business opportunities and referrals. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the policy lifecycle. Work collaboratively with our real estate partners to help ensure smooth transactions for shared clients. Maintain accurate client records and comply with all Pennsylvania insurance regulations. Qualifications Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License (required). Previous insurance sales experience preferred. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
