Brightway Insurance - The Corlew Agency is looking for a motivated, sales-driven 1099 Insurance Producer to join our growing agency in Roxboro, NC. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced, licensed insurance professional who wants the earning potential of a commission-based role without a traditional salary cap. You will focus on what you do best: prospecting, building relationships, quoting, cross-selling, and closing new business. We are looking for a producer with a hunter mentality who is comfortable developing their own pipeline, asking for referrals, building community relationships, and turning opportunities into long-term clients. What You'll Do Prospect and generate new personal lines insurance opportunities Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, and other available insurance products Identify cross-sell opportunities within each household Develop relationships with Realtors, Mortgage Loan Officers, dealerships, business owners, and other referral partners Follow up consistently with leads and prospects Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately document customer activity Meet established production, documentation, and retention expectations Provide customers with a professional, consultative insurance experience Work with multiple insurance carriers to identify appropriate coverage options Ask for referrals and help build long-term agency relationships Compensation This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only opportunity with significant earning potential for a motivated producer.

Proposed compensation includes:

50% commission on qualifying new business Renewal commission opportunity based on retention and performance requirements Monthly production bonuses Additional incentives for Auto, Umbrella, and Life production Additional performance-based sales incentives There is no base salary, allowing the compensation structure to reward producers directly for the business they generate. What We're Looking For Active North Carolina Property & Casualty insurance license preferred/required before selling Prior insurance sales experience strongly preferred Proven sales, prospecting, or relationship-building experience Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-only environment Strong communication and follow-up skills Ability to independently manage a sales pipeline Goal-oriented with a strong desire to grow income through production Comfortable developing referral relationships and generating new opportunities Commitment to writing quality, retainable business—not simply making a sale Why Join The Corlew Agency?
