Full-time An agency representing American Family Insurance is seeking a motivated, results-driven Licensed Insurance Producer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying customer needs and closing new business. We're looking for a sales-focused professional who is confident prospecting, following up on opportunities and helping customers find the right coverage to protect what matters most. Responsibilities Prospect for new business through referrals, networking, calls and community outreach Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions Quote and sell insurance products with a focus on new business growth Follow up consistently on leads, quotes and cross-sell opportunities Support retention by delivering a positive and professional customer experience Contribute to agency goals through consistent sales activity and production Qualifications Active Property & Casualty insurance license required Life license preferred, if applicable Prior sales experience preferred Strong communication, relationship-building and follow-up skills Self-motivated, organized and goal-oriented Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Compensation This position is primarily commission-based , offering strong income potential for a producer who is motivated by results. In addition to commission earnings, there are bonus opportunities for multi-line sales and overall production performance.
