Insurance Sales agent

About the Opportunity We are partnered with PHP Agency, a national financial services organization focused on life insurance and financial protection strategies. We are expanding in South Florida and seeking motivated individuals who are interested in building a long-term career in financial services. This role is best suited for individuals who are self-driven, professional, and comfortable building relationships within their community. Responsibilities Develop and manage your own client base Conduct virtual or in-person consultations Present life insurance solutions tailored to client needs Maintain licensing and compliance standards Participate in ongoing weekly training (Tuesdays at 7:00PM and Saturdays at 10:00AM) Compensation 100% Commission-Based Performance-based earnings Renewal income opportunities Income is directly tied to production and consistency. Licensing & Onboarding Florida Life Insurance License required before conducting business Pre-licensing course and state exam required (if not licensed) Ideal Candidate Resides in South Florida Entrepreneurial and self-motivated Strong communication skills Comfortable networking and generating referrals Sales, real estate, hospitality, or customer service background preferred BUT not required to START! Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) is a plus
