We provide hands on training through our producers mentorshipor of top producers, training (you are not left to figure it out on your own) of provide sales methods and access to top-tier markets and the latest industry technology—giving you the tools to build a highly profitable book of business. Position Overview We are seeking a driven, sales-oriented Insurance Producer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated to grow their income, build strong client relationships, enjoys helping others and develop a long-term career in the insurance industry. Success in this role comes from a combination of sales ability, consistency, and a commitment to learning and improving . What You'll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions Generate new business through referrals, networking, and lead follow-up Cross-sell and round out existing accounts Manage the sales process from quote to bind Stay current on products, carriers, and industry trends Work Closely with your Mentorship SUPER Producer to set and achieve goals. What We Offer Highest industry commission splits Uncapped earning potential ($60K- $500K+).
