Insurance is one of them. When a family buys its first home, a parent adds a teenager to an auto policy, or a business owner works to protect everything they have built, they need more than a quote. They need someone they can trust to explain their options, look out for their interests, and help them feel confident about the future. That is where you come in. At Brightway, The Herd Agency, we are looking for a licensed insurance agent who wants to create a better future for others—and for themselves. Brightway's internal service team handles ongoing policy servicing and back-end support, giving you more time to connect with clients, grow your referral network, and increase your production.
