This is a commission-based sales position with uncapped earning potential. We provide leads, training, one-on-one support, and ongoing guidance so our agents can focus on selling and growing their business. REQUIRED

Qualifications All applicants must have an ACTIVE Health Insurance License.

For Medicare Agents:

AHIP 2027

certification required Required carrier certifications/appointments must be completed as applicable

For ACA Agents:

FFM certification required Must meet applicable Marketplace registration and certification requirements Agents qualified in both ACA and Medicare are strongly encouraged to apply.

Schedule & Availability Regular Business Hours:

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Medicare

Open Enrollment:

Extended hours are required during peak enrollment periods, with schedules up to 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM based on enrollment volume and business needs. Open Enrollment availability is required. In-Office & Remote Opportunities In-office positions are available for agents who want hands-on training, coaching, and a supportive team environment. Remote opportunities are available for experienced agents with a proven background in ACA and/or Medicare sales and the ability to work independently and consistently produce. Training & Support Even experienced agents need the right support system.
