This is a field sales position, not a call center job . You will work face-to-face with Medicare-eligible consumers at an exclusive retail location with built-in customer traffic. Earn $225 for every effectuated Medicare enrollment with uncapped earning potential. This role offers $100 advances for written apps. What You'll Do Meet with Medicare-eligible consumers, understand their needs, educate them on available Medicare options, and complete enrollments using our enrollment technology. You'll manage your own pipeline and customer relationships while receiving ongoing field support. What You Need Active Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one AHIP certification or willingness to complete before October 15 Insurance sales experience preferred Strong communication and face-to-face sales skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Reliable transportation Comfortable using a tablet, laptop, CRM and electronic enrollment platforms Ability to commit to required AEP selling hours
