Insurance Producer Frazier Agency | Salt Lake City, UT | Full-Time About the Position Frazier Agency is looking for a motivated Insurance Producer to join our growing agency. This is a sales-focused position primarily dedicated to generating and closing new personal insurance business. We are looking for someone who is competitive, self-motivated, comfortable working with customers, and excited by the opportunity to directly influence their earnings through sales performance. Compensation & Benefits $30,000 base salary + significant commission opportunity Target earnings: approximately $70,000/year High-performing producers have the opportunity to earn $90,000+ annually 4 weeks of PTO , with additional flexibility based on performance Work-from-home flexibility Significant lead support provided by the agency Responsibilities Work primarily with new business leads provided by the agency Quote and sell auto, home, renters, and other personal insurance products Follow up with prospective customers and manage your sales pipeline Develop referral and cross-selling opportunities Deliver excellent customer service while meeting sales goals Maintain accurate records and follow agency and carrier requirements What We're Looking For Motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable making a high volume of calls and working with prospective customers Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities Previous insurance or sales experience preferred, but not required Must have or be able to obtain the required insurance licenses About Frazier Agency We are a growing insurance agency focused on building a high-performing sales team.
