COMPENSATION 100

% commission, uncapped Realistic potential of $200,000+ per year for the right person working schools five days a week. Our top agent in this role does it. Most people will not, and we are only looking for the one who will. WHAT MAKES PALM BEACH COUNTY DIFFERENT

Access. In Florida you cannot walk into a school unless the district has approved you. We are an approved vendor in Palm Beach County. That access is not available to most agents in this market. In service money. As an approved 403(b) vendor we can help employees move retirement money while they are still working, not just at retirement or separation. Most advisors cannot. This is the single biggest advantage in this role and almost no one talks about it. FRS Pension and DROP. Florida school employees have large pension and DROP rollovers to plan for, and they need help doing it right. An existing book of business. Thousands of current clients in this area need service and reviews. We hand them to you. Activity already on the calendar. School events and luncheons are scheduled and will run whether or not you have started yet. You walk into a full pipeline, not a blank slate. Preset appointments and unlimited referrals. Agents in this system have built 300+ clients in a year.

Meet teachers and school staff face to face at school sites and events Conduct retirement reviews covering 403(b), pension, DROP, and life insurance with living benefits Service and grow an assigned book of existing clients Follow a proven system with hands on local leadership

WHAT WE COMMIT TO YOU

Local leadership in the field with you every day your first week We personally handle your onboarding and contracting. You will not be handed off to a portal. Product training, launch training, role play, and joint appointments where you write the business Team calls, CRM, staff support, and a training program you can complete at your own pace A real path forward: we are building a successor to run this region and potentially the state, and a path to becoming a financial advisor

WHO THIS IS FOR

Currently licensed in life and health in Florida. This is required. With a September 15 field date there is no time to get licensed first, so please do not apply if you are unlicensed or only licensed in another state. You will be in schools five days a week. Not most days. Five. You can be in Palm Beach County in person. This is not a remote role. Coachable, consistent, and genuinely interested in helping the people who taught all of us
