Competency Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Carla Boutin State Farm is seeking a licensed Insurance Sales Representative who is motivated to grow, build lasting customer relationships, and maximize their earning potential. If you're a driven sales professional who enjoys helping customers protect what matters most while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you. Applicants must already hold active Georgia Property & Casualty licenses to be considered. State Farm experience preferred, but not required. Responsibilities Generate new business through referrals, leads, networking, and agency marketing initiatives Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate insurance and financial services products Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Identify cross-selling opportunities across multiple product lines Manage and follow up on sales opportunities in a timely manner Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to agency growth What We Offer Competitive base salary + uncapped commission Established agency with a strong reputation and loyal customer base Proven systems, training, and ongoing coaching Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Monday-Friday schedule Qualifications Active Georgia Property & Casualty License State Farm or other insurance sales experience preferred Proven sales success and goal-oriented mindset Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, organized, and driven to succeed Coachable, professional, ethical, and customer-focused About Our Agency Carla Boutin has proudly served Dawsonville, GA and the surrounding area for over 23 years through her State Farm Agency and service in the community.
