For qualified candidates who aren't already licensed, we'll help guide you through the process of becoming a licensed life and health insurance agent, including: Step-by-step guidance through the licensing process Licensing education and exam preparation Assistance with licensing costs Help navigating the required application steps Training and mentorship once you're licensed A clear path from new agent to producing agent You don't need to figure out the industry on your own. We'll show you the path. You still have to walk it. What You'll Do Once licensed, you'll help individuals and families protect what matters most through life insurance while developing professional sales, communication, and leadership skills. Every new team member receives hands-on training, daily coaching, and ongoing mentorship. No prior insurance or sales experience is required. Coachability, discipline, and work ethic matter far more than experience. Income This is a commission-based opportunity. There is no cap on earnings. Many new agents who consistently apply the training earn between $5,000-$15,000+ per month. Top performers commonly earn $20,000-$40,000+ per month. Your income is determined by your growth, consistency, and performance—not seniority. This is not guaranteed income. Results matter. How We Operate Every day begins with training.
