Duties Conduct outside sales activities to identify and connect with prospective clients through various channels, including telemarketing and community outreach Present and explain life insurance policies clearly, highlighting benefits and coverage options to potential customers Negotiate terms and pricing to close sales effectively while ensuring client understanding and satisfaction Manage sales administration tasks such as maintaining client records, processing applications, and following up on leads Utilize analysis skills to assess client needs, recommend suitable insurance plans, and tailor solutions accordingly Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and expand market reach Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details, and assisting with benefits administration Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to serve diverse client populations Strong negotiation abilities coupled with analysis skills to evaluate client needs and explain complex insurance products clearly Knowledge of sales administration processes, marketing techniques, and benefits management is preferred Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail Familiarity with HIPAA regulations related to privacy standards in insurance services is a plus Experience in telemarketing or customer service roles will be advantageous for engaging prospects effectively Ability to pass and acquire life insurance state licensing test Must be willing to invest in your self and aquire life insurance license.
