Duties Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities. Conduct thorough analysis of clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients to secure favorable agreements. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote insurance products and services effectively. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices, including HIPAA compliance. Utilize telemarketing strategies to reach potential clients and expand the customer base. Assist clients with benefits administration related to their insurance policies. Leverage multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Requirements Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred. Strong outside sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade clients effectively. Background in retail sales is a plus, showcasing an understanding of customer service principles. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers. Strong analytical skills for assessing client needs and recommending suitable insurance products. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and professionally. Familiarity with marketing strategies relevant to the insurance industry is advantageous.
