Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Life Insurance Agent and become a vital part of helping individuals and families secure their financial futures. In this energetic role, you will leverage your sales expertise and communication skills to educate clients about life insurance options, tailor solutions to meet their needs, and build lasting relationships. Your proactive approach will drive growth through outside sales efforts, engaging with diverse communities and expanding our reach. Duties Conduct outside sales activities by reaching out to potential clients through community events, networking, and telemarketing campaigns Present and explain various life insurance products, ensuring clients understand coverage options, benefits, and costs Negotiate policy terms with clients to find mutually beneficial solutions that meet their financial goals Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and policy administration using sales management tools Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, guiding them through the application process, and following up on policy inquiries Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for outreach and lead generation in diverse markets Assist with benefits administration for existing clients, including policy updates and renewal processes Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) when handling sensitive information Experience Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate complex insurance concepts clearly and persuasively Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with a broader client base Familiarity with sales administration tools and analysis skills to evaluate performance metrics and optimize outreach strategies Knowledge of insurance sales processes, customer service principles, and marketing techniques within a fast-paced environment Experience working in benefits administration or health-related fields is a plus but not required Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and the ability to build rapport quickly Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for sales meets your desire to help others protect their futures. Pay:
$61,907.86 - $74,555.70 per year
