Cold calling is not part of the job, as agents have access to an exclusive lead system connecting them with client's seeking out life insurance products. No life insurance license is necessary to apply, as the agency offers an expedited licensing course. Once licensed, ongoing support, training, mentorship, and guidance are provided to ensure success and help agents realize their full potential. This is a 100% commission-based position with superior training and ZERO cold calls! We strictly avoid cold calling, relying solely on warm leads where clients have specifically requested life insurance details. Our agents are non-captive with access to over 30 insurance companies to guarantee competitive rates! Full-time positions are available.
