Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients, balancing their needs with company guidelines to close sales effectively. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized service, ongoing support, and benefits administration guidance. Stay informed on insurance regulations, health insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance knowledge to ensure compliance and expert advice. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a focus on insurance or financial products.
