Job Description
You will:
Speak with prospective clients and establish new relationships. Schedule and conduct conversations with individuals and families. Learn about each client's financial situation, priorities, and long-term goals. Present life insurance, retirement, and wealth-related solutions available to them. Answer questions and explain coverage in an understandable way. Assist clients with selecting solutions that fit their individual circumstances. Guide clients through applications and required documentation. Stay in contact with clients and provide continued service when needed. Generate new opportunities through networking, referrals, and personal outreach. Attend training sessions, team meetings, and professional development programs. Maintain professional and ethical standards while following applicable insurance regulations. Licensing A Life Insurance License is required to conduct insurance business. Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing to complete the licensing process. Licensing guidance and support are available to help new team members understand the steps necessary to become licensed.
