This is a commission-based opportunity designed for agents who want to build an additional stream of business while helping licensed barbers, hairstylists, estheticians, and beauty professionals gain access to valuable membership and benefit opportunities.

WHAT IS NBCL?

The National Beauty Culturist League (NBCL) is designed specifically for licensed beauty professionals, including: Barbers Hairstylists Estheticians Cosmetology Professionals NBCL members may have access to opportunities such as discounted higher-education programs, certified hair-loss specialist training opportunities, business loans and grants, telehealth/health-related benefits, and other member resources.

WE ARE LIMITING EACH MAJOR CITY

Only a few agents per major city/market. This is intentional. We want each selected agent to have the opportunity to establish a strong presence in their assigned market rather than competing with a large number of

agents in the same area. If your city is already filled, additional applicants may be placed on a waiting list.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Licensed insurance agents or experienced enrollment professionals Comfortable speaking with business owners and professionals Self-motivated and able to work independently Strong communicators Comfortable with networking, prospecting, and follow-up Connected to the barber, cosmetology, salon, spa, or beauty industry — or willing to develop those relationships Serious about building a book of business Professional and committed to representing B&W and NBCL appropriately

THIS IS NOT A SALARY POSITION

This opportunity is commission-based. There is no hourly wage or guaranteed salary associated with the enrollment position. Your earning potential is tied to your successful production and eligible commissions.

The goal is simple:
