Personal Insurance Producer

We are seeking a motivated and driven Personal Lines Producer to generate new business, build a book of clients, and deliver tailored insurance solutions. This is a sales-focused role for someone who enjoys developing relationships, networking in the community, and being rewarded for performance. Responsibilities Develop and generate new personal lines business (home, auto, umbrella, flood, etc.) Build and maintain a pipeline through referrals, networking, and prospecting Conduct coverage reviews and identify gaps in client protection Present and explain insurance solutions in a clear, consultative manner Cross-sell and round accounts to maximize client value and retention Work closely with internal service team to ensure a smooth client experience Maintain relationships with clients to drive retention and referrals Qualifications Active Florida 220 or 2044 Insurance License (required or ability to obtain quickly) 1-3+ years of insurance or sales experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset Ability to manage pipeline and follow through consistently Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Compensation & Benefits Base salary + commission (uncapped earning potential) Bonus opportunities based on production and growth Flexible schedule / hybrid work options Support staff to assist with service and processing Opportunity to build and own a long-term book of business What We're Looking For We're not looking for someone to simply quote policies—we're looking for someone who wants to build relationships, grow a book of business, and be part of something long-term. Pay:

$36,500.00 - $66,340.26 per year
