No We are seeking motivated, coachable individuals to join our team as Remote Life Insurance Sales Representatives. No previous insurance experience is required, and you do not need to currently hold an insurance license to apply. This is a fully remote, phone-based sales opportunity for individuals interested in developing a career in life insurance. Representatives connect with prospective clients by phone, learn about their insurance needs, explain available coverage options, and help qualified clients through the application process. Training, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided to help new representatives learn the insurance industry, develop their sales skills, and become comfortable conducting business through a telesales environment. What You'll Do Connect with prospective clients by phone
Conduct life insurance appointments remotely through phone/telesales
Ask questions to understand each client's insurance needs, goals, and budget
Educate prospective clients about available life insurance products and coverage options
Help clients identify coverage based on their individual needs
Complete and submit insurance applications electronically
Follow up with prospective clients throughout the sales and application process
Maintain accurate client information
Participate in virtual sales, product, and team training

Continued sales and product education Licensing Requirements An insurance license is not required to apply or interview. Before conducting insurance sales, representatives must obtain and maintain the appropriate insurance license for the state or states in which they conduct insurance business. Licensing requirements vary by state. Guidance regarding the licensing process and requirements will be provided. Compensation This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only sales opportunity. There is no hourly wage or guaranteed salary. Compensation is based on individual sales production and applicable commission schedules. Actual earnings vary based on individual performance, activity, sales results, and other factors. No specific income level is guaranteed. Remote Work Requirements This is a fully remote telesales opportunity. Representatives conduct client communication and appointments primarily by phone.
