Sales - Licensed Insurance Agent

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated, licensed, and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients while helping them navigate their insurance needs. You will utilize your sales skills to build relationships, analyze client requirements, and recommend suitable insurance products. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and needs-based sales experience along with a commitment to customer service excellence. Must already be licensed in P&C and Life insurance. This position is available as a hybrid role, 50/50 in-office/remote. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Communicate policy details clearly to clients, ensuring they understand their coverage options. Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to meet client needs while adhering to company guidelines. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive client information. Skills Proven experience in retail sales or sales administration is preferred. Strong analytical skills to assess client needs effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear client interactions. Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a positive relationship with clients. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
