Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Commercial lines producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. This role requires strong communication skills, ability to work in a team setting, strong eagerness to learn, flexibility to take on other roles as need be, problem solving abilities, critical thinking, follow through with tasks, and excellent customer service skills. Additionally you must be Property & Casualty Licensed before applying. There is opportunity for a Commission based position or a Salary Based Position. Responsibilities Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our filing system. Write commercial policies mostly concentrating in trucking. Service Commercial policies when the insured has questions or needs to make changes. Provide customer support by answering phone calls, addressing inquiries, and directing calls as necessary. Answering emails Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Operate phone systems effectively to ensure clear communication within the office. Qualifications Property & Casualty Insurance License. - No need to apply if you aren't P & C Licensed! Strong computer literacy Problem solving abilities Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication. Ability to take direction and be willing to learn Familiarity with phone systems and customer support practices. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience with data entry and computerized record management is a plus.
