Job Overview We are seeing a motivated and results-driven Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. As an INsurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing clients with tailored insurance solutions, ensureing they understand their options and the benefits fo various policies. This role requires a proactive approach to outside sales and the ability to effectively market our services to potential clients. Duties Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs Conduct thorough assessments of clients' Insurance requirements and recommend appropriate policies Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance contracts to secure favoraable outcome for clients Administer benefits and provide guidance on claims processes, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations Engage in telemarketing efforts to reach potential clients and promote our insurance products Collaborate with the sales administration team to track leads, manage client accounts, and report on sales activities Stay informed about indusstry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our servies Responsibilities Communicate the Value of Aflac's Products and Services Generate Sales via Networking, Referrals & Cold Calls Schedule & Conduct Employer Presentations Educate Employees on Benefit Options & Support Enrollment Needs Provide Claims Support to New & Existing Clients Related competencies Networking & Relationship Building Strong Communication Skills Entrepreneurial Mind Set Positive "Can Do" Attitude Must be at Least 18 years old Authorized to Work in the US without Need of Current or Future Employer-Sponsored Work Authorization. •
