Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team in our Clarksville, TN location. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery while fostering strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to negotiate effectively. Responsibilities Manage and oversee a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Communicate effectively with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with underwriters on behalf of clients. Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to ensure coverage remains adequate and competitive. Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling additional products and services. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details using our sales administration systems. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations (including HIPAA), and best practices related to commercial insurance. Provide support in telemarketing efforts to generate new business leads. Experience Previous experience in account management or a similar role within the insurance industry is preferred. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for clients while maintaining strong relationships with underwriters. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively. Bachelor's Degree required. Does not necessarily need to be in related field).
