You'll meet with local families — most of whom have already asked for information — and help them put affordable life insurance coverage in place so their loved ones are never left with a burden. What makes this different from most insurance sales jobs: Leads are provided. You work from a steady flow of families who have requested coverage information. You are not buying a phone book and dialing strangers. No license? We'll help you get one. If you're licensed in TN or WV, great — you can start fast. If not, we'll walk you through getting licensed. Many of our best agents came from retail, restaurants, healthcare, ministry, and trades. Real training, real support. You'll ride along with experienced agents, learn a proven presentation, and have a manager whose job is to help you close — not to leave you on an island. Advances on cleared business, plus bonuses all year. Local territory. Your appointments are in and around the Tri-Cities. What you'll do: Work a steady flow of warm leads — local families who have requested coverage information Run appointments (in-home and by phone) and prospect your leads in the field — knocking on the doors of families who requested information to deliver it in person or set an appointment. These aren't cold doors; they asked to hear from us. Help clients compare simple, affordable life insurance plans and complete applications Follow up with clients and build referrals in your community Manage your leads through our agent portal and turn in regular activity reports to your manager What we're looking for: Coachable and comfortable talking with people from all walks of life Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Life insurance license (TN and/or WV) preferred — or willingness to obtain one with our guidance Sales, customer service, or people-facing experience helpful but not required Must pass a background check (required for insurance licensing) What happens after you apply: We respond to every applicant within 1-2 business days.
